The location was convenient for exploring the area. It was a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly during check-in and check-out.
My room had a noticeable odor. The bathroom looked not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed some mold in the corners. The breakfast was very basic , it included limited options.

i found early check-in very convenient. the hotel offered on-site parking, a great advantage. the staff were friendly and helpful making me feel at home. its location proved ideal for reaching carrow road with ease.
the bathroom light switch was a bit tricky to find at first.
